Everything your system needs day to day: updates and security patches, bug fixing, publishing new content, and small functional changes — plus advice whenever you need an assessment. There is no hourly billing: you report what you need, and within your plan's response time you hear from me how and when it gets done.

Small changes belong to the plan. A new feature, a redesign, or an integration with other systems is a separate project: you get a fixed, staged proposal, like any project with me; plan customers get priority scheduling. Where the line runs, I tell you before any work starts.

Yes, explicitly — for example when your previous developer is no longer available or you parted ways with an agency. Before taking over, I review the system in a technical check from CHF 540: code, hosting, access, risks. If you sign up for a plan afterwards, the check is fully credited.

Whichever way is easiest for you: WhatsApp, email, or phone. For files and larger change requests you get a shared cloud-drive project folder — you drop in what should go live, and I take it from there.

Within the response time you get a qualified reply: what I'll do, by when, and whether anything is unclear. Small requests are often done right there; larger ones get a firm date. Response times count on business days.

You aren't committed at all: every plan can be cancelled monthly, no minimum term. A retainer sells you hours in advance — the care plan is a flat price for a defined job: keeping your system updated, secure, and running. Project work stays separate and gets a fixed, staged proposal, as always.

No — by design. Hosting, domains, and licences run on your own accounts; I manage them as part of the plan. That way you keep full access at all times and could hand the care to someone else without migrating anything — no lock-in, not even with me.

You switch tiers: at the end of any month, in either direction. If I see your needs sit above your plan for good, I bring it up and propose the switch. The same applies the other way: if a smaller tier is enough, I'll tell you.
