If requirements, existing systems, or technical risks need a closer look, a compact project analysis costs CHF 540: a structured review of your project, a sensible scope for a first version, and a rough estimate of effort, risk, and budget.

If you proceed with implementation afterward, the full cost of the analysis is credited against the first stage. For more complex projects, we agree on the analysis scope upfront with a clear cost ceiling.

Small, clearly scoped web applications or first MVPs typically start at CHF 10’000 to 20’000. For a custom customer portal, an internal business tool, or a booking platform, you should usually budget CHF 20’000 to 60’000. Additional effort comes from things like extensive integrations, complex roles and permissions, payment processes, or specific security and availability requirements. Work outside the agreed stage is billed by the hour at CHF 135.

Yes, and that is a good starting point: the prototype already shows what the application should do, so the requirements are settled.

In a prototype review from CHF 1’200 I go through code, architecture, data model, login, security, and deployment, and write down what can stay and what needs securing before employees or customers work with it — with a price for that work.

The production sprint that follows starts at CHF 7’500, and the review is credited in full. Whether the app was built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Claude Code, or Cursor makes little difference.

For a new build, a first version your team or customers can work with usually goes live in four to eight weeks. If you bring a prototype, the production sprint takes three to six weeks. Larger platforms then grow in stages.

Standard tools are often the right starting point. Custom software becomes valuable when your processes set you apart and no standard tool can model them. Then your software fits your business instead of your business fitting the tool. If a standard solution can solve your problem well, I will tell you that in the first call.

Usually TypeScript with Angular or React on the frontend, NestJS on the server, and PostgreSQL or Supabase as the database. These are widely used technologies, so you can still find developers for them in five years. If a project already has a system that should stay, the choice follows it.

Yes. Code, documentation, and all access to hosting and database are yours to keep, run, and change. You can hand the project to your own team or another developer at any time. If you'd rather not run it yourself, I keep looking after it in a monthly care plan.

Your call. Every project ends with documentation and a hand-over, so your team or another developer can continue independently. If you'd rather hand off updates, bug fixing, and deployments, I take them on in a care plan. For web applications that is Care Plus at CHF 490 per month.

Custom software pays off when your team has to work around standard tools: data copied by hand between two programs, spreadsheets running next to the actual system, or a step no tool can model. If a standard solution solves your problem, I'll tell you in the first call.
